Outside there is a hot tub, a barrel sauna, a fire pit and a patio for eating outdoors. Inside, the converted garage is an entertainment room with a pool table and a poker table, next to a home theater with nine recliners. Downtown Galena is a 10 to 15 minute drive.

Do guests get access to the Galena Territory pools and amenities?
Yes. The house is inside The Galena Territory, and we leave 6 amenity cards for your group. They open the Owners' Club, with its indoor pool, seasonal outdoor pool with a double slide, children's wading pool, fitness center, gymnasium, game room, two tennis courts and basketball court, as well as the Lake Galena marina and 32 miles of trails. These amenities are private to Territory owners and their guests.
How far is the house from downtown Galena?
Downtown Galena's Main Street, with its shops, restaurants, museums and trolley tours, is a 10 to 15 minute drive. The house itself sits in a quiet residential setting outside the tourist core.
Do we need a car?
Yes. Most visitors rely on a car: there is no regular municipal bus service, and taxis and rideshares are limited in Galena. Streets near the house are residential and fine for standard vehicles, with some short steep grades and narrow lanes.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed. Smoking and events are not allowed either.
Is there parking and EV charging?
Yes. There is free parking on the premises, and an EV charger on site.
Is the house suitable for children?
Yes, children and infants are welcome. The house has a crib, a travel crib, a high chair, children's dinnerware, books and toys, along with outlet covers, table corner guards and fireplace guards.
